Steps to Raising Capital

  • Entrepreneurs with a project post a member profile and a project profile on the PAN Expert Network portal dashboard. It’s important to prepare your venture and register your intention to raise a round of funding.
  • After initial screening and validation of your profiles to be published, you can click “Seek a Mentorship” to place a request. After your project clearly shows traction, you will hopefully secure interest from a number of lead investors. You can understand the differences between them, it’s up to you to decide who is the best investor for your project and agree to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Upon agreement of the terms of the deal offered, you can ask them to send a bank guarantee showing they have the required capital on reserve, before closing the deal.
  • If you are a potential investor or experienced in starting companies or you have experience in a specific relevant industry of expertise, you can click “Seek a Mentorship”. After being accepted you can review requests and express your interest for a mentorship match.
  • Members can accept reject a mentor or a mentee.
